What are we all about?
In life, our relationships matter the most. Humans are made for good relationships.

More importantly they are maintained and repaired. We all have to grow and develop if we want to have healthy and productive relationships around us.

WhY RP?
Very few people, who have experience of RP would debate that a restorative approach to conflict and solving problems is the best.
By the best, we mean it works!
Relational Practice starts with our capacity and intent to build high quality, productive relationships. Restorative Practice assists in proper reparation of the physical, emotional and psychological harm, and most importantly allows for the repair and rebuilding of relationships.
This is an important step to resolve the shame and resentment that can lead to further problems.
We are dedicated to supporting productivity through quality relationships and helping people have the skills to manage their own relationships at work, and help organisations grow healthy relational culture.
